Deleting your data

Delete from the app

Sign in to Indie Instinct, open the sidebar in the workspace manager, and select Delete account next to your phone number. This immediately cancels any tasks and browser sessions you own and permanently removes:

• Your account and linked channel identities.
• Your conversations, tasks, and their results.
• Connected Google Workspace authorization (the connection is revoked; Google-side data is untouched).
• Vault credentials and browser profiles.
• Stored browser images and other task artifacts.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can't sign in?

If you can't access the app to delete your account yourself, email privacy@indie-instinct.example from the phone number or channel identity linked to your account and we will delete it for you.

What this does not affect

Messages already delivered to a messaging provider (WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage/RCS/SMS) or data you asked the assistant to send to a third-party service (for example, an email it sent for you) are not recalled by deleting your account — they are governed by that provider's or service's own retention.
